I was given the brief to create an additional concept for First Direct 21st birthday. Through internal comms First Direct wanted to highlight their 21 firsts in business to their colleagues to create awareness of the fantastic achievements made over the 21 years. Some examples of the First Direct firsts for instance were mobile banking and they were also voted the coolest banking brand.

I created a concept based on a first class stamp. I felt it was a really nice way to promote the first in it's class theme and also gave individual colleagues and teams praise for all the hard work over the years.

Each stamp would be a simple case study about the individual achievement. A First Direct colleague who played a key role would be positioned on each poster. Each colleague would be photographed in a side profile position to resemble the queens head on a traditional stamp.

The posters would have a stamped edged border either through the use of a die-cut or positioned inside a frame depending on budget.
